VIP Membership Terms
Benefits & Price: The membership is simple: for £14.99 a month, you receive a standing 10% discount on all treatments and packages purchased directly at the clinic. Payments are handled automatically via Fresha. Please note that the discount is only valid while your membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or exchanged for cash.
Commitment & Cancellation: Membership is for personal use only. There are no long-term contracts – you can cancel at any time via the Fresha app or by contacting me directly. Cancellation stops future payments; however, we do not offer refunds for previous months or unused time. Our standard Terms & Conditions still apply – missed appointments do not qualify for the discount and may incur a cancellation fee.
How Payments Work: The monthly fee is charged to the card on file (Fresha attempts to process payment the day before renewal). If a payment fails, your discount will be suspended until the balance is settled. The system will retry the payment several times over 4 days. If these attempts fail, your membership will be automatically cancelled. I reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days’ notice.
